Inside the plant

From reaction to dispatch

Stainless steel reactor and piping in the production hall

Reaction and drying

Our plant is equipped with advanced automated production facilities. Strictly controlled reaction and drying processes deliver consistent, reliable quality for cellulose ether products.

Palletised and wrapped chemical bags in the warehouse

Packing and warehousing

Finished powder is packed in lined paper bags or jumbo bags, palletised and shrink-wrapped. Storage is dry and separated by product family to keep grades identifiable.

Laboratory bench with viscometer and glassware

Laboratory checks

Viscosity, moisture, ash, pH and appearance are checked on the finished batch. Results are retained with the batch record so a specification question can be traced.

Technical documents and certificates laid out on a desk

Documentation

Technical data sheets, safety data sheets and certificate packages are prepared per product and issued with the order.

Quality control

Four checkpoints before release

Certifications and test methods
01

Incoming raw material check

Each incoming lot is checked against the agreed specification before it enters production.

02

In-process sampling

Samples are taken during reaction and drying, with adjustments made before the batch is released.

03

Final batch testing

Viscosity, moisture, ash, pH and appearance are tested on the finished batch, not on a composite sample.

04

Batch record and dispatch

A batch record is retained, and the batch number is printed on the packaging for traceability.

Working together

How an order moves

Sampling, specification confirmation and export packing follow the same sequence for every order, so the terms agreed at enquiry are the terms that ship.

  1. Formulation review

    Step 01

Share the application, target performance and local raw materials so the grade can be matched before sampling.

  2. Sample and trial

    Step 02

Samples are dispatched with the relevant TDS, and trial results are reviewed together with the technical team.

  3. Specification and packing

    Step 03

Grade, dosage guidance, packaging and pallet configuration are confirmed and written into the order.

  4. Production and export

    Step 04

Production is scheduled against the order, with export documents and loading photos shared before shipment.

What we do not claim

We do not publish capacity, export volume or certification numbers until the documents are issued. Figures marked with a dash on this site are awaiting confirmation from the plant.

What we can confirm

Product families, typical specifications, packing options and the documentation set available for each grade.

Supplier qualification

Certificate copies, test reports and batch records can be provided for a qualification file. Site visits can be arranged in advance.
