Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose
A cellulose ether used across tile adhesives, renders, plasters and self-levelling compounds. Grades differ mainly by viscosity, which controls water retention, sag resistance and workability in the wet mix.

Formulation
Application and dosage
Dosage is expressed as a percentage of dry mix weight. Values are starting points and should be confirmed with trial batches using local raw materials.
Cement tile adhesive
0.25 – 0.40%
Adjust for open time and slip resistance
Wall putty
0.30 – 0.50%
Higher dose for sand-rich fillers
Gypsum plaster
0.20 – 0.40%
Balance workability against setting time
Self-levelling compound
0.05 – 0.15%
Combine with a superplasticiser as needed

- 25 kg multi-layer paper bag with PE liner
- 500 kg and 600 kg jumbo bags

- Store in a dry, ventilated warehouse away from direct sunlight
- Keep bags sealed after opening to avoid moisture pickup

24 months from production date in unopened packaging
